I'm wondering if it's planning develop pad lights control for Ableton Push 2 or if there is any way to control the ligths on Push 2 as it is with Akai.

I am not planning a LED-editor. I just made a LED-editor fro the AKAI, because I own one.
Amd I made one for the launchpad, because many users were asking for it. It seems to be a popular device.
In Your case You are the first asking for Your the push 2. SO You need to check the manual and understand the needed MIDI-commands to light up Your LEDs.
Or we wait for some dozends of push 2 uers...
