This is not the same problem.

You cannot "remap" simply one cc into another". You can make MK2K send a MIDI event of ANY kind when receiving ANY event. The dropdown list may be not complete. As long as You know, what You are doing just type in the desired Output controller number in hex into data 1. The data 2 value is the amoun...

Use the "New" function in the menu and create a new settings.ini. Check, if a folder "Midikey2key" ist created in Your documents folder.
You also could created it manually.
I did not test MSFS2020 yet.
When You get it to work with notepad, try the flightsim after that.

There are different methods of emulating keypresses. MK2K only uses one. Others with be implemented in upcoming versions.
It is possible, that extra/special keys are not working in ervery software/game.
